Construction
Five layers, folded flat, with a full-width adjustable nose wire and welded elastic ear loops. The two meltblown layers do the filtration; the hot-air cotton layer between them is what makes the respirator wearable for a full shift.
Fully adjustable nose wire
Moulds precisely to the face, closing the gaps along the bridge of the nose where unfiltered air otherwise gets in.
Soft elastic ear loops
Flex with the shape of the head. Secure without the pressure that makes a mask come off after an hour.
Individually pouched
Each respirator sealed in its own hygiene pouch — shelf-ready, and hygienic to hand out or distribute.
Performance and certification
Classified FFP2 NR — non-reusable — under EN 149:2001+A1:2009, assessed by notified body CIS INSTITUT (CE 2890) under Regulation (EU) 2016/425 for Category III personal protective equipment.
Storage, shelf life and use
Store in the sealed hygiene pouch, out of direct sunlight, between −20 °C and +30 °C at under 80% relative humidity. NR marks the respirator as single-shift use; it is not to be re-worn after removal. Shelf life is printed on the retail box and master carton.
